I literally dreamed of studying in Taiwan for a long time. I graduated from Chinese Studies Department, University of Warsaw and first time I have ever went to Taiwan was 7 years ago. Since then I desperately wanted to go back. And I finally did. I was accepted to Mass Communication Department at NTNU.
The department itself is really welcoming towards all the students, the teachers are very helpful and there is a home-like atmosphere, mostly because it’s very small—each year welcomes around 25-30 students. Everybody knows their names.
The program is very diversified, you can choose the classes according to your own interests. I wanted to focus on oral communication, radio and story writing/storytelling, because I was always a huge music and radio fan. NTNU and MCOM dept. made me find my own way and taught me how to connect all my interests together and built it into a career.
