The primary objective of the bachelor’s degree program of the Department is to provide students with a student-focused learning environment that develops well-rounded managerial skills and ethical awareness via innovative quality programs and collaboration with professionals from industry, government, and academic to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for their career success. The bachelor’s degree program of the Department offers professional training and development courses with concentrations in six fields of business-based management including general management, marketing, human resource, information, operations, and finance, etc., and students may select a second major or minor in a field outside the bachelor’s degree program of the Department or may select a minor from within the bachelor’s degree program of the Department. Based on the cultivation of six fields of business-based management courses, students can further benefit from the bachelor’s degree program of the Department where they can be formed the attitudes and values of C-SMILE (including creativity, skill, manner, innovation, learning, and entrepreneurship) that the Department builds to assist them in achieving their academic, personal, and career goals.
