The institute aims to cultivate cross-disciplinary professional talents as master in psychological research in schools, communities and the industry, and in counseling and guidance, and in industrial and organizational psychology. Theoretical research and practical innovation are both emphasized, and individual integration, local practice and cultural reflection in the master's degree are focused on as well.
