The objectives of the department are to cultivate professionals for designing and manufacturing dental prosthetics, and research and development in dental materials as well. The goal is to integrate art and science into theoretical and practical experiences. The mandate of our dental laboratory technology and materials science program is to educate and train students towards expertise in dental technology. This program also focuses on secondary professional skills in bio-materials and administrative management to increase the opportunities for students to obtain employment in the future after their internship and obtaining the professional license.
