The Department of Early Childhood Education aims to nurture kindergarten teachers, childcare teachers, and preschool education-related industry talents, and to lay the foundation for early childhood education research. The faculty is professional and offers a wealth of curriculum and internship experience to build student expertise. In order to integrate the learning of various areas of preschool education, the department arranges special theatre production courses, with performances of productions for young children held every year. In addition, the Department also encourages students to participate in short-term study abroad activities to enhance their learning horizons and cross-cultural experiences.
