To cope with a new era in the leisure industry characterized by creation, digitalization, humanism and professionalism, the educational objectives of this department are aimed at fostering the development of leisure-industry management talent. Through this training, students are equipped with an international perspective, along with multi-national administrative, decision-making and daily operational skills. The objectives of education in this department are summarized in the following: Hospitality Management: The purpose of this program is to train management staff in hospitality management with a knowledge of such areas as hospitality-industry management, beverage management, Chinese cuisine, room management, wine enthusiasm, and hospitality services. Tourism Management: The purpose of this is to train management staff in tourism management with a knowledge of such related areas as tourism-industry management, airline reservations, GIS applications, tour-guide operations, and casino management. Sports Management: The purpose of this is to train management staff in sports management with related knowledge, including health-club management, leisure-sports coaching, health physical fitness, sports-injury care, and sports- activities management.
