Chung Hwa University Of Medical Technology has 3 colleges, including 19 departments and 4 master programs. We recruit students graduating from high schools and universities.
The University has currently around 10,000 students, aiming to cultivate employable, innovative, and competitive talents in medical technology.
We emphasize hands-on learning, and there are currently more than 200 organizations cooperating with us. Our graduates perform better and better in passing national license exams, such as medical technician, registered nurse, nutritionist, food technician.
Students in this university also perform well in certificate tests, such as safety and hygiene managing, health care managing, IT, disease classification, Chinese cuisine, Western bakery, medical analysis, child care-giving, babysitting, hair dressing and international certificates in ACA, MOS, MTA, MCAS,MCITP.
In the evaluation of technological universities, we have all passed in administration and academics.

Extracurricular activities and student clubs
We have diverse extracurricular activities for students to choose from. Currently there are 64 student clubs, which can be divided into six categories: student commissions in departments, services, entertainments, talents, academics and sports. Each club has its own office and a spacious place for its activities.

Counseling
For students’ mental health, we have recruited professional and enthusiastic counselors to deal with students’ career choices, mental and emotional problems. Our main duties include individual and group counseling, tests in personality and aptitude, gender education, life education, and mental health speeches and seminars.

Health
There is a health center on campus, offering various health information, consultation and treatment by a full-time nurse, registered nurses and nutritionists. We have also retained doctors to station on campus and obtained medical support from our neighboring hospitals.

International cooperation
In accordance with international trends and our developmental goals, this university is actively building up cooperative relationships with foreign universities in terms of medicine, tourism, information management, biotech, etc. Currently we are cooperating with universities in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Malaysia, China, New Zealand, etc. We also encourage teachers and students to go abroad for long- and short-term academic exchange. Foreign scholars and journal editors are also invited to visit our campus for speeches and seminars.
