This program leverages the faculty and courses from four Colleges: Science, Engineering, and EECS (Electrical Engineering and Computer Science), breaking down departmental barriers to collectively train talents. In addition to laying the foundation for students in next-generation semiconductor manufacturing technology, it also establishes their expertise in emerging green technologies such as ""photovoltaics"" and ""battery and energy utilization."""
