In the first and second years of the program, students will primarily focus on foundational courses in the humanities and social sciences. These courses encompass subjects such as globalization, cross-cultural literacy, an introduction to Taiwanese studies, political science, sociology, economics, anthropology, statistics, international relations, regional studies, business management, media concepts, and more. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to study a second foreign language, with a particular emphasis on Asian languages such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, and Hindi. This foundational curriculum is carefully designed to provide students with a solid foundation and to guide them towards future specialization.

In the third and fourth years of the program, students will have access to specialized courses related to global governance and Asian development. These courses cover topics such as international trade, trade negotiations, international relations, diplomatic policies, national security and international affairs, democratization, international law, social change, and the operation of multinational corporations. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to study courses that explore Asian societies. The program also offers courses related to multiculturalism and social innovation, including subjects such as media and technology, social welfare, cultural tourism, cultural and creative industries, international human resources, film and literature, anthropology and development, and comparative East Asian civilizations.
