Master Program in Food Safety is the first interdisciplinary master program focusing on food safety in Taiwan. Our curriculum is based on the specific field of medicine and health of TMU, and integrates food inspection and analysis, risk analysis, food safety management and nanotechnology. We aim to cultivate professional talents in food safety analysis and management who are able to fulfill the need for interdisciplinary communication and better food safety management.
●The FIRST cross-disciplinary food safety master's program in the nation.
●The first master program in Taiwan for cultivating professionals in the field of food risk assessment and analysis.
●Along with Research Center of Food Safety Inspection and Function Development, we focus on developing innovative and advanced skills of food safety analysis.
