Department of mold and die engineering is the only department founded specifically for the development of the mold and die industry. We offer a variety of academic programs including Ph.D., M.S., four-year & upper two-year B.S., and five-year associate degrees.Our features are vertical integration and diversified development of the mold/die technology. Especially, we focus on the vertical integration of mold/die manufacturing from product design to quality test. We also emphasize on applying the mold/die technology to the optoelectrical and bio-medical applications.
