The purpose of the Department of Technology Application and Human Resource Development is to provide courses in the three curriculum areas of a teacher preparation curriculum of Living-Technology, Human Resource Development for Higher Education and Industry, and programs in Computer Applications and E-learning. Graduates from these degree programs are employed in various educational institutions, business, industries, and government agencies.
