Curriculum Features
The program aims to educate students with practical professional skills and English communication ability. The program also assists students in developing a good attitude and obtaining life education. Additionally, the program hires professional specialists as faculty and gives students off-campus internship training. Starting in 2015, classes now begin at one in the afternoon in order to help students concentrate on their professional training and improve their professional skills.
Internship Programs
During the first semester of their fourth year, students can select an elective course as a paid internship in a co-op workplace, such as a restaurant, hotel, or B&B. The program also leads students
overseas to visit famous restaurants and hotels in the second semester of the fourth year, in order to better understand trends in the international hospitality industry.
