Curriculum Features
The curriculum emphasize on professional knowledge and skills training such as Housekeeping, Front Desk Operations, F&B Preparation, Leisure and Recreation Management, and MICE. We also provide Internship, Overseas Study Practicum, as well as Hospitality English and Japanese in our curriculum for enhancing our students' foreign language abilities and broadening their horizons in the global tourism industry. We train students from the "Appearance," "Inner," then "Personality," in order to cultivate them with service enthusiasm and professional skills.
Internship Programs
A one-year internship for 20 course credits is required during the fourth year. We have cooperation agreements with all the most famous hotel brains in Taiwan and Four Seasons Hotel & Resort
Group, where they oer opportunities for our students to intern in their hotels. Moreover, since 2014, we have been supported by Ministry of Education to operate the Pilot Overseas Internships
Program combined with 2 credits in our Overseas Career Experience course. It helps us to guide students towards overseas internships during their summer vacation.
