Curriculum Features
The course structure is composed of two main axles: "cuisine design and development" and "food and beverage management and service", which provide a "professional core" curriculum involving
culture, design, and creativity. It aims to strengthen students' professional knowledge and inspire their friendly sentiment toward society.
