In 2017, Chung Yuan Christian University and Temple University Undergraduate Dual Bachelor’s Degree Program in Business Administration was founded, providing students with two years studying experience here in CYCU, and the rest in Temple University. Students from this program will get two bachelor's degrees from two universities in merely four years.

The 2+2 dual Bachelor’s degree program creates an environment in which international students are in touch personally with the global talents. In four years, they will be conferred with a dual bachelor's degree from CYCU in Taiwan and TU in the United States. The 2+2 program frees students from preparing for the SAT tests; instead, it offers the students enhanced immersion in English in order to improve on their English proficiency – students must meet the English language requirements of TOEFL IBT 85 or IELTS 6.5 in the first two years at CYCU to continue their third year of study abroad. As a result, the 2+2 program offers all courses in English and makes the arrangements for the TOEFL or IELTS test preparation and counseling services.

1st and 2nd years
Students study at COB, CYCU, cultivating basic business and management skills, and in the meantime must possess a minimum GPA of 3.0 together with a TOEFL of IBT 85 (or an IELTS of 6.5) to meet the TU’s admission requirements.

Connections
To enable students to be closely related to the TU's way of offering courses, besides extensive English training, some courses in the first two years of their stay at CYCU will be taught by faculty members from TU. In addition, to assist students in their adjustment to American lifestyle promptly, TU offers a variety of activities including Welcome Week, International Student Association, and more. TU’s International Resident Coordinator helps rent off-campus housing, and the Global Living Learning Community offers international students the opportunity to live with local students and experience different cultures.
3rd and 4th years
Students will study at Fox School of Business and Management at TU; they are free to choose their concentrations and accept training in business and management practices at the school.

Degree Conferred
• Students participated in this program will earn a dual bachelor's degree in business administration from Chung Yuan Christian University in Taiwan and Temple University in the United States.
Tuition
The tuition fee for the first two years at Chung Yuan Christian University is NT$250,000 per year, while the tuition fee of Temple University Business School for the remaining 2 years is US$35,712 per year. (Non-Pennsylvania residents’ standard)
