Soil is the cradle of all terrestrial life. It provides space to support the normal functions of ecological systems. Without healthy soil, life on earth is unsustainable because it affects greatly on the provisions of clean water and safe agricultural products. Our department aims to nurture students with strong professional knowledge of soil & environmental sciences and with a focus on building the practical skills to meet the needs of national developments and international academic trends.
