The goal of the Institute of Health Policy and Management is to train leaders and practitioners in human health rights, global perspectives, and professional capabilities in the field of health policy and management.
Starting form spring 2013, College of Public Health presents an ALL ENGLISH PhD program (PhD in Global Health) for foreign students. It will offer sub-specialty in epidemiology, biostatistics, preventive medicine, occupational health, environmental health and health policy and management. For those who are admitted to this program, we have designed our required courses for them to complete in one academic year at NTU and become PhD candidates afterwards. We expect these PhD candidates to fulfill their thesis work in another 3-5years by collecting data in their home countries and conducting laboratory work at NTU if necessary.
