Since mid-2001, the name Graduate Istitute of Biochemistry has been Graduate Institute of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology so as to describe the research conducted in this Institute precisely.
The goal of our graduate program is to train biochemical and molecular biological research scientists, and to develop novel approaches for preventing or controlling diseases. The main areas of research interests of this Institute include molecular biology, protein biochemistry, cell biology, molecular genetics, and structure biology.
