The main teaching and research focus of the department is developed based on the vision "Global Perspective," "Professionalism & Innovation," and "Integrity & Pragmatism," and includes strategic management, marketing management, organizational behavior, human resource management, e-business, technology and innovation, international business, finance, etc. The emphasis is to come up with solutions to assist all kinds of business in solving problems regarding technology revolution, knowledge innovation, organization development, and strategy establishment while marching forward to globalized enterprises.
The courses in the undergraduate program include not only the training for integration and application of courses in business knowledge of finance, accounting and strategic thinking, but they also allow students to discover various courses in other fields of study. Combined together with the University’s compulsory social science courses, the program is designed to educate them in society value and ethics as well.
