This Master's degree program explores issues of the international political economy from the macro-perspective of globalization and focuses on practical operations at the managerial levels of multinational corporations. Its curriculum emphasizes the integrated development of the international economy and hands-on experiences in foreign-related tasks. In this program’s whole-English learning environment, students from Taiwan and abroad work together to explore and analyze domestic and international cases. Such learning experiences allow international students to delve into Taiwan’s domestic affairs and let domestic students understand how Taiwan’s affairs are inextricably connected to events overseas.

The program provides students with a whole English environment and various international exchange opportunities. Within the 2-year study, students will have exchange opportunities and can apply for short-term study in foreign universities associated with Wenzao. In addition, we have established a bilateral schooling system with universities overseas. We promote the “1+1 Dual-Degree Program” (1-year studying in Taiwan and 1-year studying in a foreign university). Students may receive two M.A. degrees upon their graduation. Till now we have successfully established a bilateral schooling system with the following academic institutions: Fort Hays State University in the USA, Lumière Lyon2 University in France, University of Essex, and University of the West of England in England.

The faculty of the master program is highly-qualified and experienced professionals in their fields. Every year, visiting scholars and experts are also invited to join the faculty to broaden students’ perspectives on international affairs.

The curriculum of this degree program includes required core courses and elective courses. The design of the curriculum aims to provide interdisciplinary courses to let students understand the diverse nature of the international environment and to foster their humanitarian concerns.

Why do you wait? Join us to explore your bright future with both global perspectives and humanitarian concerns.
