National Dong Hwa University (hereinafter referred to as the “University”) has the “Scholarships for Elite Ph.D. Students Award” set-up to recruit elite international students to study at the University and to promote international outlook and research capacity. Industry-academia cooperation and international cooperation are expected to be practiced by means of the award.
