Founded in 1949, National Taipei University is among the 10 foremost public universities in Taiwan. Its seven colleges include the College of Law, College of Business, College of Public Affairs, College of Social Sciences, College of Humanities, College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and International College of Sustainability Innovations. Its two campuses are located in downtown Taipei and the district of Sanxia, the first of Taiwan's campuses to be designed and integrated into the concept of a "University City." 

I. Scholarship Requirements:

  • Ukrainian citizens who are seeking degrees at the undergraduate, master's, or doctoral level.
  • While most of NTPU's undergraduate programs require proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, English-language master's programs are offered by the International College of Sustainability Innovations (ICSI). These include the Master’s Program of Business Administration in Finance, International Program on Urban Governance, and Master's of Smart Healthcare Management.

II. Financial Support:

  • A one-way economic-class flight ticket
  • A full waiver of tuition and accommodation fees
  • A scholarship up to NT$150,000  per year. With good academic standing, the scholarship can be renewed annually for up to a maximum of four years for a bachelor’s program, two years for a master's program, and three years for a doctoral program.
