申請對象及資格 Applicants and Qualifications：
以境外學生(轉學生除外)申請方式入學，經本校正式錄取且未領取其他全額獎學金者，視其申請文件、中文程度及前一學歷(年)在學成績(含學業、品德及運動成績)，經審查後擇優頒發，並於完成註冊手續後核發獎勵。
Applicants are admitted as overseas students (except transfer students) and without receiving other full scholarships. The applications are then evaluated based upon the following criteria: application documents, Chinese proficiency, and academic performance in the previous semester (school year) (including academic, moral, and athletic performance). The scholarship is granted and given after the student completes the registration procedures.

Reward content:
A. Excellent students:
1. Bachelor's class:
(1) First academic year: At most the full amount of tuition and miscellaneous fees paid in the current academic year is subsidized, excluding accommodation fees and other related expenses (such as agency fees, insurance fees, and Internet usage fees, etc.).
(2) From the second academic year:
a. non-Chinese-speaking students:
If the total academic performance of the previous academic year is ranked in the top 10% of the same grade of the whole department (rounded up), the full amount of tuition and miscellaneous fees for the current academic year is subsidized.
If the total academic performance of the previous academic year ranks 11%-15% of the same grade in the whole department (rounded up), half of the tuition and miscellaneous fees for the current academic year is subsidized.
If the total academic performance of the previous school year ranks 16%-20% of the same grade in the whole department (rounded up), 20% of the tuition and miscellaneous fees for the current school year is subsidized.
If the total academic performance of the previous academic year ranks 21%~36% of the same grade in the whole department (rounded up), 10% of the tuition and miscellaneous fees for the current academic year is subsidized.
b. Chinese-speaking students:
If the total academic performance of the previous academic year is ranked in the top 10% of the same grade of the whole department (rounded up), the full amount of tuition and miscellaneous fees for the current academic year is subsidized.
(3) If a student changes department after the end of the first semester of the school year, the ranking of the whole department in that school year will be calculated as the average of the percentages of the original department and the new transferred department.
(4) The credits taken in the previous semester must be at least 20 credits, and all subjects must be passed. The applicant shall have no withdrawal after the mid-term exam and no record of violation of school regulations.

2. Master's class:
(1) First semester: At most the full amount of tuition and miscellaneous fees paid in the current semester is subsidized, excluding accommodation fees and other related expenses (such as agency fees, insurance fees and internet usage fees, etc.).
(2) From the second semester: if the total number of students in the class is more than five, and the total academic performance of the previous semester ranks first in the class, the full tuition and miscellaneous fees for the current semester is subsidized.
(3) The credits taken in the previous semester must be at least 8 credits, and all subjects must be passed. The applicant shall have no withdrawal after the midterm exam and no record of violation of school rules.
