- Others: (1) A NT$40,000 scholarship for six undergraduate students each shall be distributed once in the first and once in the second semester in each academic year. (2) A NT$60,000 scholarship for seven students in a master's and a doctoral program each shall be distributed once in the first and once in the second semester in each academic year.

In response to the Ministry of Education's (MOE) policy to attract foreign students to study in Taiwan and to encourage them to enroll in this school, these "Rules Governing the Awarding of Scholarships to Foreign Students of Tainan National University of the Arts (“the Rules”) are drawn up.
