Development Positioning
The Institute of BioPharmaceutical Sciences (IBPS) at NSYSU was established in 2019. We aim to cultivate biopharmaceutical and biotech R&D professionals, focus on the development of new ‘next generation’ diagnostic and therapeutic technologies for the translational research and propose new diagnostic and treatment strategies targeting major diseases. The teaching gives consideration to the connectivity of basic theories, scientific research, and industrial applications. Committed to fostering a clinical application-oriented and innovative mindset, the institute trains future biopharmaceutical academic talents, supplements manpower to meet the demand of the biopharmaceutical industry, and enhances the international and career competitiveness of its graduates.
