以「保健製備及產程管理」、「保健行銷及企劃服務」、「保健研發及教育推廣」三大就業市場為導向。 具有『食品分析與檢驗』、『中餐烹調』及『烘焙食品』等職訓局認證合格考場,實地模擬學生專業證照之通過率高。課程設計強調科技與人文之統整與應用,重視學生進入就業職場競爭力之培養安排學生至食品保健相關產業、醫療機構、衛生單位及研究機構實習。 辨色力異常者宜審慎考慮。
Students have access to the professional license exams of Food Analysis and Inspection, Chinese Cuisine Cooking, and Baking Food in the VTC certified test rooms, and the passing rate is high.
Department & Division Features
Prepare students for three job markets:(1) food and health science in production and procedure management (2) food and health science in marking and planning services (3) food and health science in research and educational promotion.
