1   Mission Statement

  The Department of Information Communication at Asia University, Taiwan is established to meet the increasing challenges highlighted by emerging information and communication technology (ICT). Our students are trained with a solid technological foundation combining with one elective expertise in software implementation, digital content creation, or new media integrated communication.
     
2   Learning by Doing

  Our curriculum underlines both the theory and practice of information communication, with skills that are critical in today’s job market particularly emphasized. All of the three concentration areas provide practical trainings that facilitate hands-on learning so skills necessary for pursuing professional certifications are obtained by students.
     
3   Critical Thinking in New Media Technology

  Our teaching corresponds to the development of new media technology that has been evolved at a phenomenal speed in recent decades. Graduates are expected to demonstrate skills in observing, interpreting, analyzing, explaining, creating, and evaluating related aspects of current information and communication technology.
