The International Advanced Technology Program is an all-English taught, four-year international undergraduate program, launched by the College of Engineering of Taiwan Tech in 2017. In the freshman year, all students have to take fundamental courses to build a sound basis of engineering knowledge. In the sophomore and junior year, students may specialize in one of the four fields, i.e. “Mechanical Engineering”, “Chemical Engineering”, “Materials Science and Engineering” and “Civil and Construction Engineering”. In their senior year, students can either do an internship with a Taiwanese company which will pave their way for their future career, or carry out a research project on campus under the guidance of their professor. Students will be awarded a Bachelor of Science degree (B.S) by the College of Engineering of Taiwan Tech upon successful completion of the program.
