The missions of the institute are to integrate educational organizations, social education institutes, cultural agencies, and non-profit organizations to serve the community. The program offers participants the opportunity to become professionals in cultural and educations circles management, cultural and creative industries, and related academic research through a current, progressive and comprehensive curriculum. Upon completion, students will be able to develop the skills of teaching, management and research as well as be able to administer innovation and learning atmosphere in a variety of diverse school levels, community, and corporate settings.
