The department was founded in 1966 and was the one of the founding educational institute in healthcare management in Taiwan. The health care industry is a rewarding field with great opportunities for growth and success, and it continues to thrive due to the many innovations and improvements introduced by creative organizations, and by health care providers. As a result of the health care industry expanding and creating more professional opportunities, the department has experienced great growth in recent years and has implemented changes in order to keep up with the industry trends.
