We offer a wide variety of specialized cutting-edge research programs that focus in areas such as food and health, emerging novel food processing and packaging technologies, and food safety and quality programs as well as to strengthen the techniques of Chinese food cooking, baking and Chinese style wheat flour processing in addition to gain the knowledge about food, beverage marketing, management and service in order to elevate the employment in the food and beverage industry.
