為滿足素食產業發展需求,本校成立國內首創以培育素食產業專業與管理人才為目標之餐飲管理相關學系。本系教育目標在於培育培養健康素食廚藝研發專業人才及餐飲服務與經營管理專業人才;除培養學生一般餐飲管理相關服務、廚藝及經營管理知識技能外,並強調培育學生健康養生與創意料理規劃與製作能力,以滿足現代人對健康美食與創意料理之需求。

To satisfy the needs of the vegetarian industry, we established the first domestic to cultivate the vegetarian industry professionals and management personnel as the goal of the department. The purpose of this education is to cultivate healthy vegetarian food research and catering services and management professionals; in addition to training students in general catering management related services, cooking and management knowledge and skills, and emphasize the cultivation of students' planning and production capabilities to meet the needs of modern people for healthy food and creative cuisine.
