管理學系致力於孕育兼具人文素養、嫻熟管理知識之專業人才，培養學生的核心能力包括專業產業與管理知識、分析與解決問題的實踐能力、善於人際溝通的領導力，以及具備正確價值觀之態度信念。「經營管理組」的課程訓練，著重於組織營運管理所需的專業知識與能力，使同學具備敏銳思考力與積極執行力；「行銷與創業組」的課程訓練，著重於行銷管理與開創新事業所需的專業知能，使同學具備有效溝通力與創業家精神。我們崇尚「作中學、學中作」的學習氛圍，以具彈性與熱忱的服務導向系務運作，配合兼具紮實的學術研究、實務技能與教育經驗的專、兼任教師團隊，規劃出體現管理精髓的學程，幫助同學為進入職場作最佳的準備，成為企業經營管理的明日之星。

The Department of Management is committed to nurturing both humanistic and skilled management knowledge to cultivate students' core ability including service industry and management knowledge, practical ability to analyze and solve problems, good interpersonal communication leadership, and the right values of faith of attitude. The courses of the "Business Management Program" focuses on the professional knowledge and ability required to organize the internal business administration so that the students have a keen thinking and active execution. The training of the "Marketing and Entrepreneurship program" focuses on marketing management and career required professional knowledge, so that students with effective communication and entrepreneurial spirit. We advocate the atmosphere of "learning from doing, doing from learning", with a flexible and dedicated service offer by our department. Besides, we have a strong academic staff with experienced research and practical skills to construct the academic program in order to help students to be the future star of business management.
