The Department of Psychology is comprised of faculty with a remarkable variety of specialties, such as Autism, Biofeedback, Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, and Sleep Medicine. To ensure that students can effectively integrate science and practice in their work, the Department adopts the scientist-practitioner model as a teaching strategy when educating students in Psychology.
The undergraduate program aims to prepare students to be familiar with the knowledge base of psychology, understand and apply basic research methods in psychology, and develop critical thinking and verbal and written communication skills.
