1. To establish an educational system that combines clinical and basic medicine. Students will obtain a general knowledge of basic and clinical medicine from the lectures of the program.
2. To educate and train excellent and independent researchers who are highly skilled, with analytic and speculative capabilities and are able to design innovative experiments to complete high quality research.
3. To enhance students' foreign language proficiency in order to educate and train researchers with Master's or Ph.D. degree to enhance international academic exchange skills.
