Our mission is to cultivate our students with professional Japanese abilities for the need of society and national policies. With the well-designed curriculum, we foster students’ profound abilities in Japanese listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation. We enhance their professional knowledge and skills in Japanese culture, literature, politics, economics, and education. We also increase their holistic spirit and international perspective throughout the courses and students’ activities.

The objectives are to cultivate students as professional talents with 1) five skills of listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation; 2) broad view of Japanese studies; 3) holistic spirit, and 4) international perspectives.
