Educational Leadership and Management Development (ELMD) is a whole English program in National Chung Cheng University (CCU), mainly contributed by the academic staff from the Graduate Institute of Education, the Dept. of Adult and Continuing Education and Centre for Teacher Education.

To promote High-Quality Pursuit of profound knowledge and to respond enthusiastically to the overwhelming global trends formed the solid basis for the establishment of the program. Today, our message has not been more important. by arranging advanced skill training courses and well-organized intellectual lessons, we expect our all our graduates to be PROFESSIONAL, INTERNATIONAL, COMPETITIVE, and, as most importantly, to BE COMMITTED to their profession and to this global community.
