The Graduate Institute of NanoScience was established in 2008 by the Department of Physics. It is located in the Science College Building, with an area of 5,900 meter square. Since nanoscience is a horizontal-integrating interdisciplinary science, our students, except for physics, come from various backgrounds such as chemistry, materials science, optoelectronic engineering, electronic engineering, etc. This helps the students to think big and think differently.
