1. To provide learning experiences beyond the classroom through internships in government, the private sector, and in non-profit organizations; to further broaden student’s educational training with overseas exchange programs and community services.
2. To review and remodel curricula regularly to reflect social demands within available resources.
3. To develop and adopt diverse instruction and effective evaluations based on different demands from the transportation industry and government.
4. To develop students whose abilities fulfill the expectations of our alumni in industry and government.
