Both mycorrhizal fungi and Rhizobium are beneficial to plant growth, therefore they will work in the topic about "Effects of Mycorrhiza fungi and Rhizobium on availability of nitrogen and phosphorus for Acacia confusa". Acacia confusa are important native economic tree species in South-East Asia and are also nitrogen-fixing plants. With innoculation of mycorrhiza could increase nodulation of nitrogen fixation and to raise the yield. The students will conduct an experiment in my lab to confirm this hypothesis. We will prepare all the materials for the students.
