This project mainly focuses to process and analyze Brain Stroke, Brain Tumor, Colon Cancer, Lungs Cancer and Kidney Cancer imaging big data such as CT scan, MRI, digital pathology images using Artificial Intelligence (AI) Algorithms in TensorFlow, Caffe, Open CV frameworks using Python on Ubuntu platform. Besides, the smart city, smart industry and smart home big data generated from various IoT devices also need to be analyzed using AI to design prediction models. The students are expected to design algorithms, develop commercial software for machine automation to predict diseases by analyzing medical big data and detect activities by analyzing IoT big data using different AI tools.
The students should have strong motivation to work with team of Doctors and Industry people in English speaking environment, strong self-learning attitude, programming skill in Python/Java/C++ in Ubuntu platform, understanding of AI, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, SVM, ANN, RNN, CNN and DCNN and knowledge about some Image processing tools and methods. Upon completion of TEEP, students are expected to join as Master/PhD students with full scholarship to continue the research and implementation works in these areas. Initial training will be given to the fresher on AI methods, medical image data understanding, processing and analysis.
