There are six categories in the iCAMP courses, which are described below.

1. Electronics
Since Electronic research and devices are the main developing technology of the government, iCAMP has also been working on this topic. Recently, we have research achievements on VLSI, relating on silicon devices, insulating materials, and developments on electronic packaging, with nanomaterials as one of our key studies, including zero dimension quantum dot, one dimension nanowires, and nanotubes, etc. The knowledge on growth dynamics, basic physical properties, and structure analysis benefits the innovative quantum optical-electronic effects of materials in the application in various optical and mechanical devices.
 Combinatorial materials synthesis and application … 3 credits
 Special topics in scanning probe methods… 3 credits
 Physics of Semiconductor materials and devices…3 credits
 Fabrication engineering of microelectronic materials…3 credits
2. Green Energy
Energy has been the basic motivation of national development and economic activities. However, since the lack of natural resources, and dependence on import, the energy price has been greatly influenced by international energy transition. In addition, energy saving and carbon reduction has been taken action throughout the world in response to shortage of global fossil energy and the climate change, which makes green energy a new industry. Consequently, we developed green energy courses combining biology and clean energy, to integrate the prospective green energy technology in the country, and cultivate future manpower in green energy industry.
 Biological principles for environmental engineering…3 credits
 Green energy technology…3 credits
3. Bio-inspiration Technology
Bio-inspiration technology is a science in imitation of animal instinct. By observation, research, and imitation of organic structure and functional theory, scientists develop new machinery and new techniques or solve mechanical difficulties. At present, biotechnology is the critical global industry under development. Moreover, it is one of the key developmental industries in Taiwan. Therefore, we counter to social diversity and industrial requirements, and set up biomedical signal processing and tissue engineering, to cultivate manpower with creativity, operating ability, and international consciousness.
 Biomedical signal processing…3 credits
 Tissue engineering of soft tissue…3 credits
 Clean production…3 credits
4. Nano Technology:
In response to device scaling, nanosized materials, and the developmental direction of national critical researches, we have positively started to design courses and researches on nanomaterials and devices four years ago. In the research on nanomaterials, we have developed fabrication methods in metals, ceramics, nanoparticles and nanowires in semiconductors, and porous materials, such as solution, CVD, PVD methods. For application, we have studied on luminescent devices, solar cells, fuel cells, and nanoimprints. In addition, the understanding in growth dynamics in nanomaterials, and basic physics and structural analyses brings out new materials with quantum photoelectric effects in application of various optical, electrical, and magnetic machineries.
 Nano material and synthesis…3 credits
 Plasma chemistry…3 credits
 High-resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy…3 credits
 Materials science of nano-structured thin films…3 credits
5. Organics Electronics
Organics Electronics involves researches on organic conductors, semiconductors, and insulators, such as organic light-emitting diodes (OLED), organic solar cells, and organic thin film transistors. With the progress of organic conductors, semiconductors and insulators, organic photoelectronic materials has been applied in various electronic and photoelectronic devices. Therefore, we have designed courses on theories and applications of organic materials, in expectation of more research works in the area of organics electronics.
 Organic electro-optical materials, principles, and device applications…3 credits
6. Core Courses
The main goal of our scheduled core courses is to display the diversity in advanced materials, and to explore different analytical and operational methods, and their values. Therefore, we have designed courses on fundamental materials science, and phase equilibrium. Besides, we have designed seminars in the form of conferences in every semester, in order to stimulate innovations and various thinking patterns.
