In order to meet with the demands of aging society, the curricula design of the department is divided into two modules: Long-term health care and social work. The educational goal of the department is to cultivate students as qualified professionals in the health care industry and social workers serving senior citizen. By recruiting managerial experts form Suang-Lien Elderly Center in Taiwan and famous Health Care Enterprise Corporation in Mainland China, the department aims to assist students in their future employment adaptability.
