Introduction
In response to the booming of tourism and hospitality industry, Department of Hospitality Management was established in 2002. There’re about 1,300 students and 33 full-time teachers in the department. We help students prepare for management positions in any segment of the hospitality industry.
Faculty
There are 33 excellent full-time faculties, and most of them own international licenses and working experiences in the industries for many years.
Facilities
The department contains well- equipped teaching facilities, including Michelin cuisine R & D center, the beverage and cocktail research center, the hotel and restaurant for internships, and 15 professional classrooms.
Career Prospects
The fields of hospitality management offer a wide variety of occupational opportunities for graduates. Graduates can expect to work as accommodation managers, catering managers, event managers, fast food restaurant managers, hotel managers, public house managers, restaurant managers. We help students acquire professional licenses and receive recognition from the superiors.
