The principal aim of the Department of Electrical Engineering is to teach and provide students with some basic knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, control, communications, computers, electromagnetics and optoelectronics, etc.In addition to emphasizing teaching quality and effect, the teachers in the department also concentrate on research and development of advanced topics, such as multi-targets sensing and detection, radar communications, electro-optical material, wireless communications, electromagnetic compatibility, etc. Therefore, research integrated with practical implementation enhances the students’ comprehension of theory and practice and enables them to apply this knowledge to their respective academic careers.
