The curriculum of the Department of Hospitality Management emphasizes both theoretical and practical skills. With the foreign language and information technology integrated instruction, students are expected to catch up with the current trend in international hospitality management and develop global views. By encouraging students to study diligently and by fostering students’ professionalism and their spirit of teamwork, students will be equipped with the ability to execute practical techniques as well as complete academic research in food, beverage, and hospitality management. Our department is devoted to nurturing multi-talented managerial personnel in hospitality management. The courses are offered to impart multi-dimensional professional knowledge to the students. In addition, we emphasize the fostering of humanistic and business ethics in our students. Therefore, the students will meet the standard as professionals in hospitality services. Food and Beverage Management: Eastern and Western Culinary Arts, Food and Beverage Management, Beverage Management, Hospitality Services and etc. Hotel Management: Hotel Operations and Management, Housekeeping Operations and Management, Front Office Operations and Management and etc.
