Construction and Property Management Program :
Aimed to ride the developing trend of globalization in construction industry , this department focuses its research and teaching on the following fields: natural hazard prevention, structural health monitoring, novel construction method, new construction material, architectural equipment, construction automation, construction planning and management, and technical English proficiency . It is believed that these efforts would significantly improve the efficiency, quality, and competitiveness of involved construction engineering project s . The students graduated from this department are expected to be fully qualified for further international studying or working programs. Furthermore , this department also strongly encourages integrated research work s with the faculties of other engineering departments through the joint doctoral program.
