The Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures , since its establishment, has upheld as its goals to equip students with critical tools for analysis and interpretation through literature and language learning courses. The emphasis of these courses is founded on both humanities and language-based skills. With the department’s wide offerings, we hope to cultivate students’ core competency and solid understanding in language and literature that will in turn enhance their cultural depth.
